Alberta Blue Cross- Includes Teaching and Nursing staff. 

Great West Life - Monday to Friday only during regular business hours. Needs submission and may need extra payment if plan does not fully cover eye exam cost.

Desjardins Financial Security - Patient will still need to pay upfront, but will be reimbursed directly. ( removes the need to submit the claim yourself)
